Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order. Expect an emai to let you know your order is on the way!

CUSTOM SIGNS:

If you order a custom sign, please allow 4-5 weeks. These signs are custom designed, and then sent out to print. We always check them over individually before shipping them out to you.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 weeks using USPS or UPS.  Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping internationally. Free shipping in the US for orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping. Please note that the shipping rate is automatically calculated based on where it will be shipping to. We can not estimate any taxes or tariffs that may occur when it leaves our hands.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order minus shipping. The buyer must take care of the return shipping as well.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kindnessrockgardens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Most of our packages are insured by the shipper.
